I also think we should do a better job of meeting when most people can meet. I often have conflicts with the schedule and have to move a lot of things around to attend meetings. I think meetings at lunch would be much better for this reason. Second, I think we need to make sure we always have structure and purpose to our meetings. Sometimes, it seems like we are just chatting, and it does not seem helpful. Having and agenda or goals for each meeting would make this much more useful. | |||||

Student: 1I liked the clinical conferences and sharing experiences with my classmates and learning from their experiences. However, having these in person, after our pediatrics class on Tuesdays was very draining after an already long day. I think utilizing Zoom for these conferences would be beneficial.

Student: 17First, I think meetings should always be on zoom to help be more flexible. I also think we should do a better job of meeting when most people can meet. I often have conflicts with the schedule and have to move a lot of things around to attend meetings. I think meetings at lunch would be much better for this reason. Second, I think we need to make sure we always have structure and purpose to our meetings. Sometimes, it seems like we are just chatting, and it does not seem helpful. Having and agenda or goals for each meeting would make this much more useful.
