I think it would be helpful to have more teaching sessions similar to BioStats as sometimes with all the reading materials we are given, it may not be the most effective method to providing key concepts to the subject matter at hand. Those are just my thoughts. :) |

My interactions have solely with Dr Jiang, and I cannot speak for Dr McCullagh. Answers to my questions are usually circumstantial in nature, causing me to unpack even more information, confusing me even further. =( |

I understand how reading is an integral part of learning. Some of the assigned reading was more helpful than others, which is to be expected. Encountering even more reading in the interactive web lessons and quizzes really defeats the purpose for them. They don't illustrate concepts for me, in fact they confuse me even further. At least in the readings they contain actual scenarios that illustrate concepts with concrete examples. Case studies would be far more beneficial and demonstrative of the evaluation process than questions with matching problems, matching one vague term with one vague idea. |

I love how the readings are provided. You can read from the computer of print the reading. I find this to be very helpful. I am not a fan of the knowledge checks. I like the information. I just hate the format. |
